Each pair of Bosky sunglasses is made from premium cuts of exotic hardwood, which is sustainably sourced. The frame construction consists of a 3-layer design, allowing for a durable finished frame. Each pair has the added benefit of sporting a fully integrated nose bridge that is comfortable and dependable . Our water resistant finish consists of the same food safe coating used on wood and bamboo cutting-boards along with Tung-nut oil from South Africa giving the wood a hardened protective finish. This two-part finish adds longevity to the wood by locking out moisture and other elements.

Polarized lenses significantly reduce glare from specific surfaces. When light bounces off of a surface, its waves tend to be strongest in a particular direction — usually horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Sunlight bouncing off a surface like water, a road, or metal will usually reflect horizontally, striking the viewer’s eyes intensely and creating glare. Bosky lenses are laminated with vertical stripes that only allow vertically angled light to enter the wearer’s eyes. Glare is eliminated because the horizontal light waves cannot bypass the vertical filter. Most importantly, every set of Bosky lenses provides 100% UV protection.

Each pair of Bosky sunglasses come equipped with spring-loaded hinges. A spring-loaded hinge contains a spring inside the hinge cylinder that helps the sunglass legs to adjust to the size of a person’s head. This prevents our sunglasses from being too loose or too tight on the wearer’s head and provides maximum comfort.
